Curry Types

Popularity: Iyers refer the vegetables as Curry while the Iyengars term them as Karamedhu (Curry Amudhu). Otherwise known as Poriyal in the southern state..

  5. Usili Type
  6. Poricha Curry (Deep Fry Types)
